The Plan proposes that by 2023, the industrial Internet network infrastructure covering all regions and industries will be initially completed, and 30 5G fully connected factories will be built in 10 key industries. With the booming development of China's communication industry, the electricity consumption of base stations continues to rise. Intelligent monitoring and refined management of communication base stations have become a research direction for various operators and enterprises.
The sharing of base stations by operators can reduce social capital investment, but energy consumption measurement issues plague major operators. By using communication smart meters to achieve sub metering of electricity consumption in base stations and branch metering equipment in base stations, energy consumption management and operation status monitoring of equipment in mobile, China Unicom, telecommunications and other operators in base stations can be achieved. Data can be uploaded to the monitoring platform through FSU, providing reliable guarantee services for later operations. The branch metering equipment of the base station complies with the technical requirements of the QZTT 2205-2017 DC power metering module, and the AC smart meter complies with the technical specifications of the QZTT 1017-2015 base station AC smart meter.
The power supply system of the base station mainly consists of an AC power supply system and a DC power supply system. AC power supply system: composed of one mains power supply, one mobile oil engine power supply, surge protector, and AC distribution box (with mains oil engine conversion function). DC power supply system: composed of high-frequency switch combination power supply (including AC distribution unit, monitoring module, rectification module, DC distribution unit) and two (or one) sets of batteries.
The switch power supply, air conditioning, lighting, and sockets inside the base station are powered by AC distribution boxes, and high-precision branch measurement is achieved through multi circuit AC meters. The various communication equipment inside the base station is mainly powered by DC systems, and energy consumption monitoring is achieved by using DC power branch measurement equipment for communication equipment of different operators. Finally, they are connected to the operation and maintenance monitoring platform through FSU equipment, achieving effective monitoring and operation management of communication base station energy consumption.
